Strife In A Northern Town

from Capricious Rose Productions & Blue Masque Theatre

*Nominated for the national Funny Women Best Show Award 2017*

A hilarious, fast-paced tale of sex, death, corruption, friendship, family and Latvian cigarettes.

When a rubbish Northern town starts to get even more rubbish, things go wrong for everyone, including: love-mad supermarket shelf-stacker Tracey and her miserable colleague Donna. Pepsi and Lulu, the excitable town hall receptionist "frenemies" who lick Weetabix for lunch.  Allergic, dog-phobic Val, her cheese-obsessed girlfriend Kay and ranty mum Maureen who hates Clare Balding.

Come and meet these characters and many more - all played by just two female actors - and pay a visit to this strife-ridden Northern town to see if Donna and co can save their city!
