from Handheld Arts

Behind the gates of Orchard Mews the term 'housing crisis' takes on a much more sinister meaning for its residents and their visitors. Prepare to be buzzed in and shown around eight twisted cautionary tales in this Homes Under the Hammer-Horror, playfully inspired by Roald Dahl's Tales Of The Unexpected.

Whether it be the consequence of over protective parenting, a fiendishly high-tech home, or things that go 'burp' in the night, the residents of this new housing development are far from feeling as safe as houses.

Handheld Arts return to Buxton Fringe and Underground Venues following Paper Tom in 2011.
